The Colourful World of
FIORINI BRONZE FOUNDRY SINCE 1909
Experienced in all aspects of fine sculpture casting, the Fiorini Foundry have been producing Fine Bronze Sculpture since 1909. The Fiorini Foundry was started by Signor Giovanni Fiorini who was born in Rome on 1880. He undertook his apprenticeship in bronze casting at the Nelli Foundry in Rome and then came to London in 1905 to work at the Parlanti Foundry in Fulham. In 1909 Signor Fiorini started his own Foundry in Battersea with craftsmen from Italy, casting heads, busts and bronze war memorials. He later went on to become Keeper of Sculpture at the Ashmoleum Museum of Oxford. Kevin Fiorini, Giovanni's grandson, continued the family tradition and started in the foundry by finishing Henry Moore's bronzes when he was ten.
